Refund policy
At Sugar Honei, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, a partial store credit may be issued after further investigation. To request a review, customers must submit clear proof of damage, including photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box, within 3 days after delivery.

Please note that submission of proof does not guarantee approval. Credits are issued at the discretion of Sugar Honei after the investigation process is completed.
