Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. During high-volume launches, promotions, or seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sugar Honei is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Sugar Honei is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sugar Honei is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance regarding delivery issues.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order; however, if your item arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact us with clear proof of damage, including photos of the product and packaging.
After review and investigation, a partial store credit may be issued at the discretion of Sugar Honei.
